120ml Honey – Boil 40 mins
15ml Black Treacle – Boil 20 mins
1.3 x Cinnamon Stick – Flameout*
0.3 Nutmeg – Flameout*
0.3 Vanilla Pod – Flameout*
4 x Clove – Flameout*
0.2g Allspice – Flameout*
3 x Coriander Seed – Flameout*
Zest of half an orange – Flameout*

* add these at flameout, leave for 10 mins then remove.
